Industrial Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

Excelitas Technologies is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance resources to ensure the efficient operation of production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance resources to ensure the efficient operation of production equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.
  • Manage the spare parts inventory and coordinate with the supply chain.
  • Direct the maintenance team through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and regular PMs.
  • Support facilities group with maintenance on periphery equipment supporting coating operations.
  • Support facilities group with cross-training between Thin Film and Facilities Maintenance teams.
  • Monitor employee schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate department resources to resolve equipment issues.
  • Interface with production and engineering to understand current and upcoming needs.
  • Coordinate directly with operations and engineering to improve system operations and uptime.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a technical associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of vacuum deposition experience required.
  • At least 2 years of maintenance planning experience required.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to be on your feet and lift up to 40 LBS.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 a year depending on experience.
