Job Description
In this Corporate Operations Coordinator role, you will be responsible for completing administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and catering. You will also manage the company gear store, upload records into ADP, and coordinate PPW vendor visits. Additionally, you will provide onboarding and administrative support, manage meeting notes, and maintain accurate records. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support or human resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
