About the Role

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Belmont Village Senior Living. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications to residents according to physicians' orders
  • Support wellness initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Communicate with healthcare practitioners, families, and staff to ensure timely clinical interventions
  • Oversee Medication Technicians and Caregivers, providing direction on daily shift assignments

Requirements:

  • Active LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is located
  • CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work the defined schedule for this position, which may include weekends and holidays
  • Intermediate computer and mobile device skills

Preferred Skills and Characteristics:

  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to critically think and problem-solve in stressful or urgent situations
  • Dependable and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, adept at guiding and directing teams
  • Works with a sense of urgency while paying close attention to detail
  • More than one year of medication management experience
  • Direct supervisory experience
