Clients leverage the Pointable platform to create efficient chat agents and streamline document processing workflows. With extensive experience in developing natural language processing systems, we enable our customers to focus on their data sources and desired functionalities rather than the complexities of implementation.

You will work in close collaboration with our founders to craft compelling messaging, develop sales materials, and establish effective communication strategies. • Collaborate closely with founders to stimulate pipeline growth through thought leadership content, email nurturing campaigns, and various outbound marketing assets.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that boost brand recognition, encourage engagement, and drive conversion rates.
  • Establish processes to scale market entry efforts across diverse industries and customer segments.
  • Provide competitive analysis to inform our strategic roadmap, identify industry trends, and pursue partnerships that enhance our market positioning and broaden our reach.

  • A proactive ownership mindset with the initiative to influence product strategy and customer engagement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated expertise in storytelling and content creation, ensuring a consistent brand voice across various channels.
  • A collaborative spirit, a drive to create and refine processes, and a willingness to support team members on their initiatives as needed.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Competitive salary and equity options.
  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • Flexible hybrid work arrangements.
