Job Summary:

Brentwood Hospital is seeking a dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our psychiatric treatment team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral programs for individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavioral programs for individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide training and education to staff on behavioral and psycho-therapeutic techniques
  • Respond to crisis situations and serve as a member of the code team

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification required
  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
  • Three years of mental health experience preferred
