Responsibilities include ensuring the seamless execution of operational activities, assisting business development officers with the onboarding of intricate commercial clients, and collaborating with front-line staff during client interactions. A comprehensive knowledge of all treasury management services, such as Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Automated Clearing House (ACH), Positive Pay, and Cash Management tools, is essential. This role also emphasizes maintaining robust internal communication and client relationships throughout the sales cycle, including onboarding and training.

Treasury Management Operations Support II:

The TM Operations Support II is tasked with supporting the Treasury Management Operations Department by ensuring operational efficiency. This role aids TM business development officers and front-line staff in presenting analytical proformas and treasury services, requiring an intermediate understanding of treasury services, including but not limited to RDC, ACH, Positive Pay, and wires. The incumbent will lead the onboarding process for new commercial clients, ensuring positive client relations and providing direct support during onboarding, training, and ongoing assistance to foster client retention.

Key Responsibilities for Treasury Management Operations Support III:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all operational tasks related to onboarding TM clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal partners, including branches and business development officers.
  • Lead training sessions on Treasury Management Service products and procedures for clients and internal staff.
  • Review complex multi-entity commercial client bank statements to identify needs and opportunities.
  • Support the onboarding of smart safe and armored carrier prospects.
  • Assist in training TM Operations Support levels I and II.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Officers to deliver high-quality service to new and existing commercial clients.
  • Identify inefficiencies and complete assigned projects.
  • Assist in audit preparations and writing procedures.
  • Monitor and track the operational aspects of the sales cycle from presented proformas through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities for Treasury Management Operations Support II:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of operational tasks involved in onboarding treasury management service clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both external clients and internal partners.
  • Actively participate in cross-training to maintain support for clients and ensure onboarding processes continue smoothly.
  • Analyze account activity data to assess risks associated with ACH and RDC clients.
  • Ensure client files are complete and compliant, maintaining documentation within client files.

Qualifications for Treasury Management Operations Support III:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Management Services or banking operations.
  • 1 year of experience in training and mentoring within TM operations.
  • Preferred ACH Accredited Professional certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications for Treasury Management Operations Support II:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Treasury Management Services or banking operations.
  • Preferred ACH Accredited Professional certification.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Work Environment:

This position is typically performed in a quiet to moderate noise office setting, with occasional physical demands such as lifting up to 15 pounds and performing tasks that require detailed work and problem-solving.
