Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brady Sullivan Properties. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of our properties meet our established standards and any applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and Repair Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve problems with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, exterior structural, and appliance systems.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, ground equipment repair, and preventative maintenance, as well as make repairs to vacant apartments to market-ready conditions.
- Construction and Build-out: Participate in the construction and build-out process of our apartment communities, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- On-call Emergency Maintenance: Be available for on-call emergency maintenance rotations, responding promptly to any issues that may arise.
- Additional Tasks: Shovel snow, complete other tasks as assigned, and assist with maintenance duties as needed at any of our current and future NH apartment communities.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from job sites.
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably with boiler and HVAC experience.
- Trustworthiness: A trustworthy individual with a clean criminal background check.
- Hardworking: A hardworking and dedicated individual who is willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of our team.
- Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and residents.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel a reasonable distance to multiple locations.
