Supervise consignment inventory levels to strike a balance between corporate costs and customer satisfaction. Plan and coordinate toll manufacturing needs to achieve the most favorable production costs for the organization. Utilize process enhancement expertise to pinpoint opportunities for improving materials handling processes, thereby minimizing waste and reducing inventory costs.
Ensure the effective use of SAP for planning purposes, maintaining a single source of truth across various processes, including Demand Planning, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), scheduling, replenishment, and capacity planning. Manage the planning and scheduling across multiple sites, including manufacturing and distribution operations.
Requirements - A Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, along with 4 years of relevant experience in the field or in supply chain/industrial engineering.
Special skills - Proficiency in implementing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) initiatives; adeptness in balancing supply and demand in a multi-site and multi-line setting; experience in logistics and inventory management; leadership capabilities; familiarity with SAP in planning, scheduling, warehousing, and procurement; expertise in supply chain network optimization; and project management skills.
