Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain standard cycle times and part quality to optimize production efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations
- Identify and troubleshoot issues on injection molding machines and robots to minimize downtime
- Establish new processes, perform mold sets, and program robots to meet production requirements
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of hot runner systems, valve gates, and standard sprue molds to ensure high-quality products
- Collaborate with the team to implement 5S and Lock Out Tag Out procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team's goals and objectives
- At least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and authorize a background check
- Must be able to work a 12-hour shift and have a strong understanding of operating injection molding machines, including Engel, Milacron, Battenfeld, UBE, and HPM
- Knowledge of Wittman and Servpro robots is preferred, as well as experience with 5S and Lock Out Tag Out procedures
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player with a sense of urgency and effective communication skills
- Applicant must have at least 2 years' experience as a process tech in injection molding or a similar process
