About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at Regus Management Group, LLC. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our center, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and have a great working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including customer service, sales support, and team management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop leads.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the center's inventory, including supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure that the center is maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to company standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve center operations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
