Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at DHR Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming residents
  • Measure and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure
  • Provide care to minimize the risk of skin breakdown, including proper positioning and injury prevention
  • Safely feed residents as ordered, following prescribed feeding protocols
  • Accurately observe, recognize changes, and report to nursing staff in a timely fashion
  • Comply with policies, procedures, and specific protocols for resident lifts and transfers
Requirements
  • Graduated from an accredited Certified Nurse Assistant program
  • Current Texas CNA license required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, administration, and physicians
Working Relationships

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at DHR Health, you will work closely with our nursing staff, including Charge Nurses, Department Directors, and Vice Presidents of Nursing, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
