Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at Regency Integrated Health Services. Responsibilities

* Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, in accordance with their individual care plans.
* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being.
* Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition, including symptoms, reactions, and injuries, to the Charge Nurse.
* Maintain accurate records of resident care, including vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant information.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
* Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, sitting, walking, and lifting, with occasional pushing, pulling, and sliding of residents. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
