Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at DHR Health in Edinburg, TX. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will assist with direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, and dressing patients. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, transporting patients, and performing various clerical duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, and dressing patients
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Transport patients and supplies as needed
  • Perform various clerical duties, including answering phones and transcribing orders
  • Assist with patient education and discharge planning
Requirements:
  • Current CNA certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
