Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the District Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement and Sales: Develops and implements financial strategies to meet performance metrics. Ensures exceptional customer experiences through effective execution of the Manager on Duty (MOD) role. Provides guidance and recognition to enhance financial outcomes while promoting the company’s service philosophy.
• Team Development: Oversees recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for store personnel. Continuously evaluates team performance and offers real-time coaching and training to foster professional growth. Addresses associate relations matters and manages performance reviews.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintains store aesthetics and visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's identity. Communicates market trends and customer feedback to the District Manager to inform business strategies.
• Operational Management: Optimizes resources to achieve financial targets. Models compliance with company policies and promotes integrity in all operational practices. Utilizes resources effectively to resolve challenges and adapt strategies for sustained success. Educates the team on the importance of operational integrity in delivering superior customer experiences.
• Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned by the District or Regional Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to move and stand for extended periods while assisting customers and team members.

• Frequent physical activities include handling merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Dexterity for tasks such as pricing items and operating electronic devices.
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is between $57,000.00 and $71,000.00, based on various job-related factors.
