  • Strong track record of meeting sales targets and managing team performance.
  • Commercial awareness and experience in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Experience in workforce scheduling and field operations.
  • A valid driving license is required.
