Industrial Compliance Operations Manager
The Industrial Compliance Operations Manager oversees the planning and management of the activities of industrial compliance personnel and the operational functions of the Industrial Discharge Control program at WSSC Water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor team members, including conducting training and performance assessments
- Facilitate the training process for Industrial Compliance personnel
- Organize, delegate, and oversee investigation, monitoring, permitting, and compliance initiatives
- Conduct research and prepare detailed analytical reports
- Coordinate with laboratory and data management teams
- Manage the waste hauler permitting process
- Analyze and interpret wastewater regulatory frameworks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial compliance or environmental regulatory oversight
- Possession of a valid driver's license
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in relevant software applications
- Academic background in technical writing
Compensation: $83,798 - $142,457
