Position Overview:

In today's data-rich environment, the role of an intelligence analyst is crucial for extracting and interpreting the most relevant information to provide clients with insightful solutions. As a SIGINT Collection Manager, your technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in crafting products that deliver actionable intelligence and context to support national security and inform key decision-makers.

As part of our team, you will assist clients in comprehending their operational landscape and mission requirements, ensuring timely responses to national priorities. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of various collection platforms, you will identify new data sources, formulate effective queries, and synthesize information from diverse origins, including SIGINT and GEOINT capabilities. Your role will involve validating data and refining tradecraft to create assessments that help clients manage resources through prioritized schemes. As the subject matter expert for your designated geographical area, your insights will be invaluable for making time-sensitive recommendations, often in high-pressure situations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with overhead SIGINT satellite systems and collection management processes.
  • Familiarity with overhead prioritization methodologies.
  • Proficient in OTMS, NRT, SAVANT, and MA Tools.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with analysts and fulfill mission objectives.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of military operational processes.
  • Ability to perform under pressure to meet national requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Certification from OCMC Bootcamp or NITRC Bootcamp.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
