Position Overview:

In today's data-rich environment, the role of an intelligence analyst is crucial for extracting and interpreting valuable insights. As a Collection Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail to produce actionable intelligence that informs critical government decisions. Your analytical prowess and problem-solving abilities will play a vital role in safeguarding national security and guiding our leaders.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Collection Manager on our team, you will assist clients in navigating their operational landscape and mission requirements. Your extensive knowledge of various collection platforms will enable you to identify new data sources, formulate effective queries, and synthesize information from diverse origins, including SIGINT and GEOINT capabilities. You will validate data and develop tradecraft to create assessments that help clients manage resources effectively through prioritized schemes. As the subject matter expert for your designated geographical area, your clients will rely on your timely recommendations, often in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Overhead SIGINT satellite systems and collection management processes.
  • Familiarity with the overhead prioritization process.
  • Knowledge of OTMS, NRT, SAVANT, and MA Tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with analysts to meet mission objectives and serve as a scheduler and planner.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of military operations processes.
  • Capability to perform under pressure to meet national requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Certification from OCMC Bootcamp or NITRC Bootcamp.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
