As the Allocation Specialist and Outlet Distribution Analyst, you play a crucial role in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sector, focusing on allocation planning for outlet stores, inventory oversight, sales tracking, and forecasting for the off-price segment of the business. You will also contribute significantly to the broader North America DTC team, coordinating fulfillment efforts and managing exposure planning within the North America Distributed Order Management (DOM) system.
This dynamic position is vital for the North America DTC operations, allowing you to influence our commitment to sustainability by leveraging data to inform business strategies that align with stakeholder expectations, ensuring optimal product placement and timing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop outlet pricing strategies to achieve sales objectives while maximizing profit margins and optimizing stock-to-sales ratios.
- Plan and implement weekly distribution schedules for outlet locations based on current inventory levels and sales patterns to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Foster ongoing collaboration with merchandise and planning teams to support allocation strategies that align with DTC financial goals.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, retail operations, and finance teams to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee reporting for North America retail allocations, including key performance indicators such as in-stock and stockout rates.
- Manage discount alignment within the ERP system across DTC channels.
- Ensure clear rule creation and orchestration for DOM exposure tracking, prioritizing complete shipments while minimizing stockout occurrences.
- Assist in rectifying errors related to system transfer orders and pricing inconsistencies.

- 4+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within the retail sector.
- Background in buying, merchandising, allocation, or item planning.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Proficient in delivering comprehensive presentations that identify business challenges and propose solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with a quick aptitude for learning new technical applications.
- Experience with ERP systems, replenishment processes, and forecasting tools.
- Familiarity with report generation in Tableau and/or Power BI.
Salary range: $87,000 - $97,000
Pay range: $72,000 - $108,000
At Patagonia, salary ranges are determined based on the local market median for similar roles, according to third-party salary benchmarks. Individual compensation within this range may vary based on skills, experience, and budget availability.
