Nursing Responsibilities
This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to multiple patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. We are committed to attracting and retaining top talent, offering a competitive salary of $60.00 per hour paid weekly and a flexible scheduling arrangement, including three 12-hour shifts per week, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
