Nursing Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced RN to join our Hospice In-Patient Unit team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide expert nursing care to multiple patients, collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and passionate about working in a dynamic, patient-focused environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
This role requires providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized plans to address these needs. You will also educate patients and their families on disease management, medications, and necessary lifestyle changes. Furthermore, you will maintain accurate records, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with colleagues and hospital staff. Additionally, you will perform administrative tasks and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives. A successful candidate should possess excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
