Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract RN Hospice In-Patient Unit nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a state-of-the-art facility. As a contract nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

About the Role

This is a night shift assignment, working 2, 12-hour shifts per week. You will be responsible for providing nursing care to multiple patients, including assessing their needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in a hospice in-patient setting
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in Ohio
  • At least one year of experience in hospice or palliative care nursing
Compensation and Benefits
