Job Summary

The Executive Hotel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all hotel departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness, condition, and performance of hotel standards
  • Hire, onboard, and develop all associates to achieve high levels of engagement and performance
  • Review and submit bi-weekly payroll for all associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Perform accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense reporting, and developing and maintaining the annual hotel budget
  • Monitor hotel performance through analysis of guest satisfaction systems and monthly financial reports, initiating corrective action as needed
  • Implement and maintain ongoing communication and collaboration with all associates, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Manage hotel operations in compliance with established company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with guests, vendors, and external partners
  • Work closely with the revenue manager and sales team to implement sales strategies and achieve maximum revenue potential
  • Actively promote the hotel and the company in the community, ensuring a strong brand presence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager
  • 3 years' hotel operations experience in a supervisory capacity
  • 2 years' experience with Hilton or Marriott brand or similar
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Proficient smartphone, computer, and keyboard skills
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with potential for prolonged sitting, standing, walking, bending, stretching, pushing, lifting, pulling, twisting, and use of arms and hands. Must be able to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds. Ability to be on call at all times and work a flexible schedule to include mornings, days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
