Park City Communities is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team

This is a full-time position that offers a salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, along with excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance work on our housing sites, including rehabbing units and addressing various issues related to plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

You will be working independently with minimal supervision, responding to emergency calls and performing repairs as needed.

Regular inspections will be conducted to identify potential safety hazards and take corrective action.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and repairing equipment and facilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with knowledge and proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades. A valid driver's license is also required.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires regular lifting, bending, and standing. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

You will be working in a variety of settings, including outdoors and in confined spaces, and may be exposed to hazardous materials and situations.
