About the Role:
">At Raytheon Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Mechanical Disassembler to join our team. As a key member of our engine repair and overhaul area, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Disassemble various engine components, sub-assemblies, and engines with precision and accuracy">
- Work from Manuals, Service Bulletins, and other technical instructions to ensure compliance with industry standards">
- Utilize various hand tools, precision measuring equipment, special tooling, and gauges to perform tasks efficiently">
- Coordinate parts, consumables, and non-product material movements to meet daily targets">
- Foster a culture of standard work and best practices while engaging fully with CORE, Quality, EH&S, and overall Operations initiatives">
- Comply with all company work rules, follow safe work practices, and report any unsafe acts or hazardous conditions to supervisors">
- Maintain a high level of knowledge and proficiency in mechanical disassembly procedures and protocols">

What You Will Need:

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required">
- 2+ years' work experience in a mechanical field, with specialized training in maintenance, assembly, or test of gas turbine engines or similar aircraft systems preferred">
- Prior experience working on Turbofan engines is highly desirable">
