Position Summary: The Wholesale Parts Stockperson plays a crucial role in managing incoming orders, ensuring they are accurately stocked and recorded in alignment with dealership standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in both orders and quantities.
  • Process will call orders efficiently.
  • Prepare parts for counter sales personnel.
  • Maintain detailed records of receiving and shipping activities.
  • Organize and prepare shipments for stocking.
  • Assist in the stocking process.
  • Support the upkeep of bins and equipment.
  • Help arrange the department, including the movement of bins as necessary.
  • Oversee returned parts and manage a designated storage area for these items.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper labeling of all bins, aisles, and storage areas.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must fulfill the Company's employment criteria.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a dealership role.
  • Capability to interpret vendor catalogs.
  • Proficiency in using parts department computer systems and calculators.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment: The AutoNation Parts Center operates in a non-temperature-controlled setting. Employees should be prepared to work in varying temperatures throughout the year.

Compensation: The anticipated annual salary for this position is approximately $31.32, depending on individual experience and qualifications.
