Job Title: HR Support Services Analyst

Job Summary:

The HR Support Services Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to our employees, managers, and other HR stakeholders by processing HR transactions, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate HR data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Transaction Processing: Pursue excellent service to our employees by providing streamlined, accurate, and effective maintenance and distribution of HR data.
  • Transaction Coordination: Coordinate a variety of transactions and projects, providing support and follow-up as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Administer and resolve issues in one of the following areas: leave management, license and certification, learning, talent support, performance management, severance, subpoena, records management, employee and non-employee transactions, providers, and special pay.
  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-focused philosophy, frequently interacting with CSH employees, executives, and other team members outside of HR.
  • Transaction Validation: Validate and process HR transactions using knowledge of the system and provided documentation and tools.
  • Transaction Monitoring: Monitor HR transactions for adherence to defined processes and deny or escalate exceptions.
  • HR Data Maintenance: Maintain HR data in proper systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • Escalated Cases: Research, resolve, and respond to escalated cases from HR Contact Center, HR Business Partners, or HR Transaction Services Analysts and Leaders.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to the employee, manager, and other HR members, providing redirection and educational opportunities to increase customer knowledge while resolving the current situation.
  • Process Improvement: Actively seek a role in activities that work to introduce, align, and/or improve processes.
  • Transaction Auditing: Process transactions within the employee records program and basic data integrity pre/post transactional audits.
  • Procedure Development: Author desktop procedures to be entered into knowledge base system and assist in training others.
  • Program Facilitation: Facilitate programs and serve as liaison between internal and external customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in Operational Support; HR Back Office experience preferred
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, understands processes and systems, accurate and quick data entry, strong customer service skills
  • Comfort Level: Comfortable working with multiple systems, comfortable with complex situations and processes
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including telephone, instant message, and email
