We seek a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team at CPI Security in Charlotte, NC.
About the RoleThis Revenue Recovery Specialist position is an excellent opportunity for those interested in a career in collections. The ideal candidate will be driven to reduce delinquency and provide exceptional customer service while working in a dynamic environment.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Utilizing persuasive communication skills to manage collections with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborating with customers to resolve overdue payments and reviewing sales, service, or credit contracts to ensure successful outcomes.
- Documenting daily collections activity, including emails and phone calls to maintain accurate records.
- Making outbound calls to collect past due billing and receiving inbound calls for payments or arrangements to satisfy customer needs.
- Preparing and mailing dunning letters to delinquent customers as needed.
- Auditing the cancel reason report monthly to identify areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C and soft collections, preferably in a similar setting.
- Be available to work flexible hours: Tuesday through Friday from 12 pm to 9 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, with Sunday and Monday off.
- Have a competitive salary range of $42-52k annually.
