CATA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of our mechanics and service crew to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Maintenance Manager and act on their behalf in their absence.
- Supervise, train, and instruct mechanics and service crew on vehicle maintenance, repair, and inspection.
- Ensure completed work meets quality, performance, and safety expectations.
- Respond to inquiries and pre-trip notations concerning vehicles and equipment.
- Coordinate and record completed work in fleet management software.
- Prepare and submit warranty claims.
- Communicate disciplinary actions and prepare related paperwork.
- Oversee the road call program to minimize unnecessary road calls.
- Conduct daily shift meetings with shop personnel to identify and resolve problems.
- Class A CDL with passenger endorsement.
- PA State Inspection License (S7).
- 609 AC certification.
