- Overseeing routine bankruptcy cases
- Tracking electronic bankruptcy filings (ECFs)
- Attending bankruptcy hearings regularly
- Maintaining communication with clients, opposing counsel, and Trustees
- Performing additional duties as required
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer and office skills; strong interpersonal abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capability to analyze opportunities for corrective actions and provide recommendations
- Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Virginia bar license is required
- 7+ years of experience in bankruptcy law
