Position Summary: Work in conjunction with branch leadership to facilitate smooth operational processes. Offer direction to teller personnel, ensuring adherence to established policies. Assist team members in cultivating customer relationships and promoting Bank offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support staff with inquiries related to their roles, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Oversee customer transactions, manage the teller area, and supervise cash handling procedures.
  • Educate team members on products, operational procedures, and exemplary customer service.
  • Guide staff in developing relationship-building skills and effective sales strategies.
  • Engage in performance evaluations and contribute to staff training initiatives.

  • Ensure effective communication between management and team members.
  • Participate in community outreach efforts to enhance the Bank's visibility.
  • Exhibit professionalism and maintain attendance standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Expertise in teller operations and product promotion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
