Key Responsibilities- Operate Powered Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate powered lifting equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products throughout the facility.
- Contribute to a Safe Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively with supervisors, leads, and other team members to achieve distribution center goals and objectives.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement: Participate in the implementation of process improvements and contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Meet Productivity and Quality Standards: Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a related field, such as warehouse operations or logistics.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to communicate effectively, and basic computer skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly, and up to 150 pounds infrequently.
