About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers, providing timely and effective communication and support.
  • Lead and direct staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient use of resources.
  • Perform a range of tasks, including sorting and placing materials, operating hand tools, and completing forms and documentation.
  • Oversee warehouse maintenance tasks, identifying and resolving potential operational or service concerns.
  • Prepare and assemble orders, pick and count materials, and move and load materials between operations or trucks.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least five years of experience in warehousing or related logistics.
  • Forklift certification typically required within three to six months of hire, with a valid state-issued driver's license preferred.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools, including hand trucks and pallet jacks, with basic proficiency in Internet and job-specific software applications.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and assign work and provide training and guidance to staff.
