Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate receiving and shipping customer orders
Perform common warehouse administrative tasks, such as taking physical inventory and issuing documentation
Account for warehouse inventory using Dachser's internal operating systems
Collaborate with departments to ensure efficient operations
Produce and issue customer invoices
Verify supplier costs and make corrections as necessary
Operate a forklift according to safety requirements
Perform other duties as required

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in a warehouse setting preferred
1 year of freight forwarding or logistics experience preferred
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred
Prior forklift experience and certification
Demonstrated language proficiency in English
High attention to detail and excellent computer literacy skills
Great organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team

Physical Demands:
No heavy lifting expected
Manual dexterity for office equipment use
Sitting for extended periods common
Hearing and vision within average range
Traditional office setting
Travel not required
