Key Responsibilities:
As the leader overseeing the business office functions of the community, you will:
- Attract, engage, develop, and retain community associates to ensure high-quality care and personalized services for residents while effectively managing labor costs in collaboration with the HR department.
- Support the Executive Director in driving profitable growth and adhering to operational processes and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate effective communication among associates, residents, families, vendors, and visitors.
- Ensure accurate billing for resident services and lead the timely collection of receivables.
- Oversee the payroll process to guarantee correct payment for associates.
- Ensure that vendor invoices for goods and services are accurately billed and processed for timely payment.
- Foster an inclusive community culture.
A minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is required; additional years of experience may substitute for educational requirements on a year-for-year basis. A minimum of three years of relevant experience and/or training is preferred, along with previous managerial and office experience. $27.32 / hour
