About the Role

This full-time position will involve managing a portfolio of 4-6 corporate partners, designing and executing high-quality skills-based volunteering programming, and overseeing project implementation with multiple colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and engage corporate volunteers, matching them with nonprofits based on skill profiles
  • Design and execute skills-based volunteering programming that delivers real value to both corporate and nonprofit partners
  • Oversee project implementation, including managing timelines, budgets, and volunteer and nonprofit teams
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in talent development, program management, consulting, corporate social impact, and/or cross-sector experience. They should be comfortable working across time zones and cultures, with excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills.
