Lead Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Anchorage, United States.
Role OverviewIn this role, you will work with patients to help improve their physical mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function after injury or illness.
Key Responsibilities- You will assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
- Using therapeutic exercises and techniques, you will help patients improve their mobility and reduce pain.
- You will educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and post-treatment care to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed for a successful recovery.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams, you will provide holistic patient care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of each patient.
- You will maintain accurate patient records and progress reports to track patient outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the United States is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in physical therapy is preferred.
- You should possess strong communication and patient care skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- BLS certification is required.
- You must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate patients' schedules.
