Salary Information

We offer competitive pay rates, including an additional $0.65 shift differential for evenings and nights. Additionally, we provide a $7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $68,000-$85,000 based on a full-time schedule.

Job Description

This role involves providing medical care and support to residents in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting. As a Medical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting information from new residents for admission purposes
  • Recording vital signs and health details of residents
  • Administering medications and injections as needed
  • Treating wounds and bedsores
  • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Assisting with personal hygiene and dressing residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Hold a valid LPN state license
  • Be in good standing with the State Registry
