We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Coordinator to join our team at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a Food Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Servers and other Front of the House Associates in providing exceptional guest service.
  • Act as the liaison between the Front of the House and the Heart of House teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient service.
  • Organize and present menu items according to Silver Diner standards.
  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of orders to guests.
  • Communicate with the Heart of House team to ensure menu item cook times are correct and menu items are presented according to Silver Diner specs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional aptitude for guest service and quality in all products.
  • Good memory, clear communication skills, and a sense of urgency.
  • Able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
