Job Title: Food Runner

Join Silver Diner Development, LLC as a Food Runner and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional dining experiences. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support servers by delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that every order is delivered 100% correct, with all condiments and garnishes in place.
  • Pre-bus dirty plates and deliver them to the dish room, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Take dirty plates from servers and deliver them to the dish room, ensuring that the dining area remains clean and tidy.
  • Complete bus of and reset tables, ensuring that they are ready for the next guests.
  • Maintain a clean station stocked to Silver Diner standards, with all necessary supplies and equipment readily available.
  • Work as part of a team, communicating clearly and constructively to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Reasonable English communication skills.
  • Physically fit to withstand long periods of time on their feet.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Overall appearance reflective of the Silver Diner brand.
  • Contagiously friendly, outgoing, and energetic.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to think and act quickly.
  • Exceptional aptitude for guest hospitality.
  • Able to meet all schedule requirements, including weekends and holidays.
