Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Geriatric Care Coordinator. This role will involve providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to maintain professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients
  • Plan and implement nursing care according to patient and family needs
  • Make appropriate interventions based on individual patient needs
  • Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions
  • Assume personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing program
  • Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license
  • BLS certification
  • Experience working in Long Term Care, Memory, or Alzheimer's Care, or Geriatric Psych unit

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience.
