ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

To thrive in this role:

  • Execute front desk operations with precision.
  • Have experience in Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume lash techniques.
  • Be skilled in services including Permanent Makeup (PMU), microneedling, dermaplaning, and providing tailored facials based on individual skincare needs.
  • Adhere to esthetic operational protocols diligently.
  • Conduct comprehensive client consultations, actively listen to their needs, and ensure satisfaction through before and after assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records using approved electronic devices.
  • Exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Follow up with clients within 24-48 hours post-service.
  • Regularly seek referrals and client reviews.
  • Stay informed about the latest treatments, protocols, and products.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
  • Embrace and implement Lash and Company protocols, standards, and best practices.
  • Provide personalized skincare recommendations and promote suggested products.
  • Demonstrate strong sales skills in service offerings.
  • Efficiently manage front desk responsibilities.
  • Keep a clean and organized workspace.
  • Comply with the dress code and guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management.
  • Be flexible with scheduling, including availability for one closing shift and one weekend day.
