We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Fort Worth. As a key member of our donation center team, you will be responsible for ensuring that donated goods are sorted and processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and categorize donated goods according to published guidelines
  • Assist with unloading supplies and loading donated goods onto trucks
  • Meet with the public to accept donated goods and provide excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve donation center goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
