Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Attended Donation Center Supervisor to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our donation center, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of donation center staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Sort and organize merchandise, ensuring accurate and timely processing of donations.
  • Operate equipment to load/unload trucks and organize materials, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Exercise sound judgment when deciding whether a donation is acceptable or not, using tact when refusing a donation.
  • Travel to multiple sites as needed to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred.
  • One year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, understand and follow oral or written instructions, and lift up to 40 pounds.
