Job Overview

Licensing Requirements:

Obtain all necessary licenses as mandated by Farmers Insurance and the state regulations, including:

  • Property and Casualty (P/C)
  • Life and Health

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships within the community to cultivate future referrals, ensuring a consistent influx of new business into the agency.

Outbound Communication:

Conduct a minimum of 100 outbound communications daily (encompassing both cold and warm outreach) to connect with potential clients.

Training and Development:

Complete online training modules provided by Farmers, tailored for agency producers to enhance your expertise and capabilities.

Quoting Objectives:

Generate 10 personal line quotes each day to facilitate the quoting process.

Complete 1 commercial insurance quote and 1 life insurance quote weekly.

Sales Presentations:

Present life insurance solutions to at least 10 individuals daily to stimulate interest and drive sales.

Weekly Team Meetings:

Engage actively in weekly team meetings, coming prepared to:

  • Review current performance metrics.
  • Provide forecasts for upcoming goals and targets.

File Management:

Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with agency standards, maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulatory obligations.

Key Responsibilities

Work Schedule:

Total Work Hours: 8 hours per day

Lunch Break: 1 hour

Sales Goals:

Property and Casualty (P&C) Premiums:

Achieve a minimum of $18,000 in P&C premiums each month.

Life Insurance Premiums:

Achieve a minimum of $1,000 in Life Insurance premiums each month.


Qualifications

Outbound Communication:

Must conduct 100 outbound communications with potential clients.

Quoting Requirements:

Must deliver 10 quotes daily to drive sales and client engagement.

Office Presence:

Be physically present in the office during business hours to ensure availability for team collaboration and client interaction.
