  • Maintain the cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas
  • Wash, dry, and carry linens, towels, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts
  • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and empty wastebaskets
  • Disinfect equipment and surfaces using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers
  • Dust and polish furniture and equipment
  • Relate and communicate with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other employees
