">Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Intensivist medicine and excellent communication skills. This is a 24-hour shift position working 7 on/7 off, with opportunities to teach residents and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with fellowship training in Critical Care Medicine">
- 2+ years of experience in Critical Care Medicine">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
