Daily Responsibilities

As the Lead Educator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the implementation of daily educational plans.
  • Supervising and mentoring teaching staff to ensure effective instructional practices.
  • Creating a secure and welcoming classroom environment for all students.
  • Collaborating with parents and colleagues to support the unique needs of each child.
  • Upholding curriculum standards and engaging in professional development to refine teaching methodologies.

Candidate Qualifications
