  • Inventory Management and Control
    • Manage and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Food Safety
    • Ensure that all seafood products are handled, stored, and displayed in compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements
  • 24+ months retail experience, including 12+ months of team leadership experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of seafood products, inventory management, and customer service principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions
  • Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
  • Exposure to temperatures up to 90°F.
  • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
  • Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
