Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Management Leader to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the ongoing management and optimization of product offerings to our clients across both the direct and Strategic Partner business segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end project management of product offering initiatives, tracking projects from inception to completion and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Partner with leadership on the oversight of Core insurance offerings including selling guidelines, product governance, organizational feasibility checks, issue resolution and sales team right-to-win collaboration.
  • Work closely with sales and account management teams to understand the selling process to assist in product optimization initiatives.
  • Partner directly with the product innovation team and internal functional areas to document and develop requirements to build and enhance product capabilities.
  • Lead day-to-day management of offers outside insurance including development, operationalization, exception management, issue resolution, and results tracking.
  • Ensure all products are compliant with regulatory directives and state/federal laws and policies.
  • Perform detailed program analysis for management reporting, and provide recommendations to assist in business decision making.
  • Maintain deep understanding of EssilorLuxottica and competitor product capabilities, acting as primary product SME on various projects both cross functionally and within the product team.
  • Create and maintain standards of administration documentation and partners on creating training for sales team.
  • Manage quarterly/annual code update to support Medicare Advantage.
  • Support in the end-to-end management of claims denial codes.
  • Manage daily ad-hoc product inquiries.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years in product management, or related field.
  • Strategic mindset with high level of critical thinking.
  • Strong organization and follow through skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with data accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication.
  • MS Office Suite proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, health care or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in health care or insurance with an emphasis in product management.
  • 3+ years of experience in leading cross-functional projects.
  • Understanding of vision care industry.
